Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC)


To be able to cooperate as effective as possible in an international and/or diverse context, the development of certain competences is of great importance. The IRC is a scientifically based online questionnaire. It elaborates on the four competences that influence how effectively people deal with cultural differences. The IRC measures the following four competences; intercultural communication, intercultural sensitivity, building relationships and dealing with uncertainty. After completing the questionnaire one receives a personal profile that shows the scores on these four competences, including extensive feedback. For each competence it will be clear what the strengths are and in which areas the person could develop further.
